Waivers
	Guest Waiver/Release
	For the safety of our visitors we require that a signed waver and consent form be on file prior to any activity, for example; skating, tween dances, basketball clinics and birthday parties. For those under the age of 18, the waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. Click here to download a printable copy and bring the signed form with you when you come to IHWC.
	Helmets
	Please remember, for on-ice activities helmets are required for those who are 10 and under. Children ten and under will not be permitted on the ice at all if they are not wearing a helmet, so make sure to remember your helmets!
