St. Patrick's Day
Party is Friday
March 15th! Izzy's Rueben Sandwiches are on
the Snowflake Café & Club Room Menu. Kids will enjoy the Pancake Dinner
(complete with a touch of green). Face Painting & a movie at
9pm make it a fun night for the kids! Marc Michaelson at 8pm &
Irish beers make it a perfect night for the parents.
In the
1990s, Marc
Michaelson packed bars throughout greater
Cincinnati
with some of the finest guitar playing and vocals this side of
Memphis.
Women and males
alike swooned!
Today,
Marc is a family man and a dedicated IHWC member who coaches Youth Hockey.
However, for one night each year, two if we are really lucky, Marc takes
the stage and transports us back to
the rowdy and spirited days of our
youth. Plan on a late night........

Second Annual Sled
Hockey Challenge (Hockey is for Everyone)
On Sunday March 24th at 3 PM the
Cincinnati IceBreakers sled team is coming back to IHWC to challenge our
hockey players. Sled hockey is played by disabled individuals who are
unable to stand and skate in the traditional way. Each player has a sled
that is propelled by short hockey sticks with picks on the end to dig
into the ice. All the rules are exactly the same as in
regular hockey.
